Terms of service

1. Prices — All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order applies.
2. Pack sizes — Products are sold in the pack size shown on each product page. One pack is the minimum order quantity. Some products may have a higher minimum order, which is shown before checkout. Products bought through Make Your Own Kit are sold in single units (pieces, pairs, metres or as shown on the kit page), with a minimum kit value of ₹25,000 before GST and freight.
3. Orders — An order is confirmed once payment is received. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
4. Shipping — Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Freight for transport orders is paid by the customer to the transporter at actuals.
5. Third parties — Delivery is carried out by third-party carriers and transporters. NZO Energy is not responsible for their delays, loss or damage.
6. Returns — Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are given only for confirmed manufacturing defects.
7. GST invoices — Enter your GSTIN at checkout to receive a GST invoice in your business name.
