Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns or give refunds, except for products with a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects
To report a defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods at info@nzoenergy.in or +91 7304933779 / +91 7304933774, with your order number and photos of the defect. If we ask you to return the product for inspection, all transport costs to and from our warehouse are borne by the customer. A refund is made only after the product has been inspected by the NZO team. If the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the product, at our discretion.

NZO Energy's decision on any defect claim is final.

Not covered
Damage caused by handling, installation, misuse, or in transit by third-party carriers.
