Shipping policy

All prices on this website exclude GST. GST is added at checkout, including on shipping charges.

Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment from our warehouse in Bharuch, Gujarat. During periods of high demand, dispatch may take 6–10 working days.

Orders up to 5 kg — Parcel delivery
Orders with a total weight of up to 5 kg can be sent by parcel; choose Parcel delivery at checkout. The parcel charge is ₹200 per kg, billed in 0.5 kg steps with a minimum charge of 1 kg (₹200), up to ₹1,000 for 5 kg, plus GST. The exact amount is shown and paid at checkout.

Orders above 5 kg — Transport (Freight To-Pay)
Orders above 5 kg are sent through a transporter, and smaller orders can choose this option too. Freight is charged at actuals and paid by you directly to the transporter when you collect the goods from their branch nearest to your pincode. A token amount of ₹1 (+ GST) is charged at checkout to select this option. Transporters apply their own minimum chargeable weight, so lighter consignments may be billed at that minimum. Door delivery, where available, is charged extra by the transporter.

Long or bulky items — always by transport
Long or bulky items, such as pipes, rails, cable trays, earthing rods, lightning arresters, cleaning brushes and walkways, are always sent by transport (Freight To-Pay), whatever their weight. If your order also contains other items, they are sent with them by transport, unless you choose parcel delivery for those items at checkout. Such items are marked "Ships by transport only" on their product page.

Make Your Own Kit orders
Make Your Own Kit orders are always sent by transport (Freight To-Pay), whatever their weight.

Delivery time
NZO Energy ships through third-party parcel and transport companies. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. NZO Energy is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party carriers, transporters or their associates.
