Returns & Exchanges

At NZO ENERGY, we deal primarily in solar products, components, and industrial supplies intended for professional and commercial use. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain a strict Return & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order on www.nzoenergy.in, the buyer confirms acceptance of this policy in full.

1. No Returns – Limited Exchange Only

No returns are accepted unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.Products once sold cannot be returned due to change of requirement, wrong selection, surplus stock, or project cancellation.

2. Manufacturing Defect Policy

Exchange or replacement is applicable only in case of a manufacturing defect.Determination of manufacturing defect shall be solely at the discretion of NZO ENERGY after inspection.Normal wear, mishandling, improper installation, or misuse does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

3. Transportation & Logistics Costs

All transportation costs shall be borne by the buyer, including purchase, exchange, and return.Transportation charges will be calculated on a case-to-case basis depending on weight, dimensions, and distance.Logistics costs are non-refundable.

4. Insurance Responsibility

Insurance is under the buyer’s scope.Once goods leave NZO ENERGY’s warehouse, all risk passes to the buyer.NZO ENERGY shall not be liable for transit damage or loss.

5. Damage, Shortage & Discrepancy Reporting

Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.Reporting must be in writing only at info@nzoenergy.in.Claims after 24 hours will not be entertained.

6. Exchange / Replacement Procedure

Exchange will be initiated only after goods are received and inspected at NZO ENERGY’s warehouse.Inspection and processing require a minimum of 48 working hours.For urgent requirements, the buyer must place a new order.Exchanges are subject to approval and handled on a case-to-case basis.

7. Return to Warehouse

Buyer must arrange return shipment.Inbound transportation costs shall be borne by the buyer.

8. Bulk Orders & Quality Acceptance

Bulk orders placed without sample approval are deemed accepted for quality.Quality-related claims will not be accepted except for manufacturing defects.

9. Product Condition for Exchange

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and free from damage.Products not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

10. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, project-specific, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

11. Installation & Application Disclaimer

NZO ENERGY is not responsible for incorrect installation or application mismatch.

12. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing.

Approved cancellations may attract restocking or administrative charges.

13. Final Authority

NZO ENERGY reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request.

All decisions are final and binding.
